This diet is primarily driven by the premise that modern diets cause us health issues such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes among others. This diet requires the consumption of healthy fats and protein (from animal sources rather than legumes) along with the elimination of fruits high in sugar and dairy, in summary.
